These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Home AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the App.
1. Content and Functionality
Home AI provides a platform for users to design and redesign their homes using artificial intelligence technology. The App collects no personal data from users and processes all designs privately.
The App offers a free version with basic features. Subscription options (weekly and yearly) unlock additional AI features and design tools within the App.
2. Subscriptions
The App offers optional weekly and yearly subscriptions that unlock premium AI features and advanced design tools. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal by going to your account settings on your device through the iOS App Store.
Subscription pricing:
- Weekly subscription: Provides access to premium AI features for one week
- Yearly subscription: Provides access to premium AI features for one year
3. AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate home design suggestions and modifications. These AI-generated designs are provided for inspiration and guidance only. You are responsible for ensuring that any designs you implement comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and property restrictions.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos, designs, or other content you create or upload to the App. By using the App, you grant Home AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing AI design services to you.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, including but not limited to the AI algorithms, user interface, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, or exploit in any way the App or its proprietary technology without the express written permission of Home AI.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI algorithms
- Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
- Interfere with the App's functionality or security
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Home AI disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Home AI does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
AI-generated designs are suggestions only and should not be considered professional architectural or design advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before implementing any design changes to your home.
8. Limitation of Liability
Home AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or implementation of AI-generated designs, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
Home AI may terminate your access to the App for any reason, at any time, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.
11. Governing Law
